You may have already noticed the mention of the word "contacts"; and if you had any doubts, the answer is yes. The Campaigns feature comes with a Contacts screen.
In Contacts you will be able to see the directory of your clients' phone numbers, whether your team added them, or your clients have interacted with BrainHi through a missed call or text message (SMS).
How does this affect the current mass messaging feature?
You will have a limit of sending 200 messages per day, to avoid message reception issues due to phone carrier regulations. In the Campaigns feature, we provide you with a dedicated number to send mass messages in compliance with regulations.
