Purpose
The Settings Restriction is a feature designed to restrict access to key settings and the editing of quick replies for regular users and agents who are not Administrators. This tool ensures that only authorized personnel can make critical changes to the system configuration, providing greater control and security.
When this feature is enabled, regular users will not be able to access the settings screen or edit or delete quick replies in conversations. These restrictions are designed to protect system integrity and ensure that critical settings are not accidentally modified by unauthorized personnel.
How Does It Work?
Once the Settings Restriction is active for an account:

Quick Replies: Regular users will no longer see the buttons to edit or delete quick replies within conversations. This prevents any important adjustments related to automated responses from being accidentally modified at the account level.

Settings Access: When attempting to access the settings screen, unauthorized users will see a modal indicating that access is restricted. This prevents any unauthorized user from making changes to the system configuration.
This tool provides an additional layer of security and control, ensuring that only Administrator Users have the ability to make important changes to the system.
