The call history lets you review each call Lara handled: its status, who called, its recording and its summary. You can also export the calls to a CSV file. This article explains what each call shows and how to export them.
What it is for
- Reviewing what happened on each call.
- Listening to the recording when you need to confirm something.
- Taking the calls to a spreadsheet to follow up on them.
What each call shows
Each call shows its status, its recording and its summary.
- Patient. If Lara cannot identify the patient, the phone number is shown instead.
- Grabación / Recording. This column has the Listen to recording button to listen to the call.
How it is activated
The Grabación / Recording column requires BrainHi to turn on recordings in your account. If you do not see recordings, contact BrainHi.
Step 1: Listen to a recording
Find the call and press Listen to recording in the Grabación / Recording column.
Step 2: Export the calls to CSV
You can export the calls to a CSV file. The file includes:
- The link to access each call's recording.
- The duration of the calls.
- All the pages of results you have filtered, not just the page you are viewing.
