citas.pr is a public directory where patients look for an office and request an appointment. This article explains how patients search and what they see of your office.
How patients search
Patients can search by:
- The name of the office or of one of its active providers.
- Specialty.
- Office type.
Search works with or without accents. Results also show whether the office accepts the patient's health plan.
What the result card shows
Each office appears in the results with a card that includes:
- Specialties: up to 3, and "+N more" if there are more. The office page shows all of them.
- Hours: whether the office is open or closed.
- Next available appointment.
- Logo: filled in by the office.
Map and location
- Map mode: results can be viewed on a map to find nearby offices.
- Office page: it has a Ubicación section with a map and the Cómo llegar link.
- When saving the address: office staff see a preview of the pin before saving it.
Doctors with multiple locations
A doctor with several locations appears as a single result. The patient chooses the location before seeing the calendar. Each location has its own schedule and its own pin under Ubicaciones.
To use multiple locations, BrainHi has to enable it on your account. Once it is on, you will see the Ubicaciones card in Providers and in onboarding, where you can add your locations.
