You decide whether your office and each of your providers appear on citas.pr. This article explains where to control it.
Show or hide the office
In Settings → General (Ajustes → General) there is an option to show your public page, next to Ver mi página pública. It is on by default. If you turn it off, your office's public page no longer exists.
Hide a provider
In Providers (Proveedores), the Opciones del proveedor (Provider options) card has two options:
- Desactivar proveedor (Deactivate provider)
- Esconder de listings (Hide from listings)
Use Esconder de listings if you do not want the provider to appear on citas.pr.
New patients
If you uncheck Sí, aceptamos pacientes nuevos (Yes, we accept new patients), your office and its providers drop out of citas.pr. When you check it again, they come back.
