How do I turn on call forwarding?

  1. From your mobile phone or landline, dial *72.

  2. Once you hear a double beep, dial the phone number you want to forward calls to.

Dialing *72 didn’t work for me, what do I do?

Dial *72 and type in the desired call forwarding number, but with a leading 1 (for example, 1-787-723-2323). If that doesn’t work you may need to call your phone provider and ask them to establish call forwarding to your desired number manually.

Will call forwarding all also forward my text messages?

No. This tool will only forward voice calls received to that number. If you receive text messages to the originating phone, they will not be forwarded to the new phone.

How do I remove call forwarding?

Dial *73 from your mobile phone and it will deactivate the feature.
