When BrainHi rescues a missed call, some clients will prefer to leave a voicemail message. Sometimes this voicemail is long or maybe your office computer does not have speakers to listen to this voicemail. Now, BrainHi will transcribe the voicemail audio to text so that you can read the message directly and attend the missed call as effectively as possible.
The following is a step by step guide on how to transcribe a voicemail's audio:
In the Conversations screen, you can see when you have a new missed call with a voicemail. Note that missed calls have a different icon when there is no voicemail.
Missed calls with a voicemail message now include a Transcribe button. Click on this button to start the transcription process for this missed call.
Once the transcription has finished successfully, the missed call will update itself to include the voicemail text. You can edit this text to fix any minor typos by clicking on the pencil icon.
This is what the Conversations screen looks like with multiple transcribed voicemails.
We hope this update is useful as we strive to be your best communications ally.
