BrainHi's Call Rescue is the difference between a new patient at your office or a lost patient. This article explains how the call rescue works and some tips to ensure your success with our platform.
BrainHi's Call Rescue is configured directly with your telephone system and provider. If you are a new BrainHi client your help is important to accelerate this process since it might require your authorization with your telephone provider.
As soon as the Call Rescue is configured and someone calls your business, that call will be transferred to BrainHi in the case that no one answers the phone.
You can configure the voice message that will be heard by your clients when the call is transferred to BrainHi.
Your clients may leave a voicemail message, this voice message can be heard or transcribed to text by BrainHi to be read.
BrainHi will send a call rescue text message so that clients can send a message and ask questions that BrainHi will answer. You can monitor all of this activity by visiting the Conversations page.
You can monitor all missed calls directly in the BrainHi portal:
In this screen you can see missed calls by day and listen to voicemail messages. If the missed call has been attended, feel free to archive them and they will be hidden from the default view. BrainHi automatically archives all missed calls that are rescued via sms.
