Everything you need to know to use the Waiting List effectively

The team at BrainHi has created a virtual waiting list that you can use to keep clients informed about their upcoming turn to be attended at your business. This waiting list provides you and your staff an easy way to manage social distancing and queueing your clients up to be attended.

Using the Waiting List

1 . Create a new Waiting List

2 . Add a turn to the Waiting List

A message will be sent to all clients in the list letting them know they are in the waiting list and their current turn.

When a new client arrives, you should add them to the waiting list to keep them informed until it is their turn to be attended.

3 . Dispatch waiting list turns as clients are attended in your business.

The Waiting List will always show the client currently being attended and the time they were notified it was their turn.

4 . Click on a turn to see its details

Here you can remove the turn from the list, see the conversation with the client and send them a message without leaving the waiting list screen.

5 . You may have multiple waiting lists at a time. This way, you can adapt the waiting list to your business' workflow

6. Clients can send a message indicating they've arrived. From there, you can easily add them to your waiting list.
