Visualize that you are going on vacation or for some other reason you need to close the office. How do you let your patients know?
With BrainHi it's very simple. After receiving a missed call, we send a text message to the patient. You can completely configure the content of the message to accommodate your business needs, for the duration that you will be away.
In order to configure the message, we are going to add a "Time Off" period in the BrainHi portal.
Go to the settings screen.
Go to "Profile" within the settings and press the "Add time off" button.
Fill in the requested information (Title, Start Date, Start Time, End Date, End Time) and the message you want your patients to receive when they call the office during that selected time period.
Important to remember that the time slots selected in the "Out of Office" mode also remove that period from your BrainHi Scheduling link availability. (we would not want patients to request appointments for Christmas day if we are not going to be in the office).
