By integrating BrainHi with your calendar, your office can use BrainHi to complement your calendar software. BrainHi automatically syncs the following data from your calendar: providers, facilities, operatories, patients with appointments, appointments y appointment types. After your patient data has been synced you can search Conversations by patient name and also send new messages. BrainHi will sync with your calendar on a daily basis.

BrainHi will sync with your calendar every day. If there has been a change in your calendar that is not synced with BrainHi, you can manually request a sync in BrainHi's Settings page.

Your patients can request an appointment via BrainHi by sending a message asking for an appointment. They will receive a link where they can request an appointment. Once the request is accepted by your staff, the appointment will automatically be inserted into your calendar with the patient's information.

All you need to configure is the time and day messages are sent and BrainHi confirms your appointments automatically. You can also manually cancel or confirm any appointment and a message will be sent to the patient. Both confirmed and canceled appointments are automatically synced to your calendar in a matter of minutes.
