💡 Follow this step-by-step guide to configure your Meta Messenger chatbot.
Go to your business page and click
Messagingin your settings menu.
2. Turn on the Show a greeting option. Here you should add a welcome message.
3. Click Set Up, right next to the Set up automated responses section.
4. Click the Frequently asked question section and start writing questions with the corresponding answer.
You can use 3 different ways to reply:
Normal Text.
Text with an image.
Text with a button containing a link to a website.
💡 You can also combine these ways(reply with
a text + an image).
5. Hit the Save button at the top right corner.
6. Go test your chatbot by writing to your Facebook Page! 🤖
