BrainHi accepts MP3 or WAV audio files for upload. To convert other audio file types to MP3, you can use this app: Cloud Convert.
Users can upload an audio greeting in the Call Rescue Audio section of the Profile section of the Settings section. Users can also upload a second audio which can be played when a Patient calls outside of working hours.
To upload an audio greeting for an account:
Select the “Change Audio” button
Choose your new file and select “Open”
