The connection between BrainHi and Proclaim depends on certain settings remaining intact. This guide summarizes what you should not change without coordinating with the BrainHi team.

Do not change without support assistance

  1. Calendar sync — if disabled, BrainHi stops receiving appointments, patients, and schedules from Proclaim.
  2. The account's calendar type — this defines how your account connects; changing it breaks the integration.
  3. Synced providers and services — do not manually delete or rename them in BrainHi. This data comes from Proclaim and is overwritten with each sync.

Features that do not apply to all Proclaim accounts

  • Public scheduling link (patient selects their own time slot): available only for accounts migrated to the integration engine. In accounts with the classic Proclaim connection, this option must not be enabled: appointments would get stuck "in process" and never reach Proclaim. If you are not sure which connection your account has, ask us through the support chat.
  • Automatic acceptance of requests: not recommended for accounts with Proclaim; each request must be reviewed and accepted manually.

Best practices

  1. Before enabling any new scheduling feature, confirm with support that your account supports it.
  2. If you notice that appointments have stopped syncing, contact support before making changes to the configuration.
  3. Coordinate with BrainHi any major changes in Proclaim (new providers, clinic schedule changes) to verify that the sync reflects them correctly.
