Login to your BrainHi account and open the Settings page. There will be a section labeled "Integration".
Enter the SecureClaim credentials for one of your users. This user will be used by our automated system to create new patients and appointment, and to synchronize appointment information.
If your SecureClaim account has a login page like the one below, it's important to enter the "Acc. Id" in the Account Identifier field in BrainHi:
After activating the integration, remember to configure your automated confirmations and appointment requests to maximize the benefit of integrating BrainHi with SecureClaim.
