Our conversations screen now offers a better navigation experience and a new look and feel to the conversation flow.

With this new look, you will be able to locate the lists of the stages of each conversation much easier and navigate them quicker for a better browsing experience.

You will see fewer events in the conversation

Less is more! You will now be able to view the chat history by hovering over the message bubble to identify who sent the message. This means that you will have an overall compact view of the conversation and can focus on the messages, enjoying easy navigation between the stages of the conversation.

The action panel can be hidden for better viewing

You can hide the action panel located on the right of the screen so that you can have a better view of the conversation.

Now it is easier to locate the button to close the conversation, this way Lara will be ready to assist you in the exchange again.
