Go to secur.brainhi.com and enter your credentials
You can use the same credentials you use from the main BrainHi portal at secure.brainhi.com
1. Go to Conversations
2. Search for the conversation for which you want to make the call....
3. When you select the conversation...
4. Go to the top of the title and click where the phone number is located.
5. This will open a new screen from the phone.brainhi.com portal, placing the call to the selected person...
6. At the bottom you will have the panel to manage the call and complete it.
