Go to secure.brainhi.com and enter your credentials
You can use the same credentials you use from the main BrainHi portal at secure.brainhi.com
1. Go to Conversations
2. Find the conversation for which you want to make the call...
3. Once you select the conversation...
4. Go to the top of the title and click on the phone number shown.
5. This will open a new screen from the phone.brainhi.com portal, initiating the call to the selected person...
6. At the bottom you will have the panel to manage and complete the call.
