What is Check-in Configuration?
From the portal you decide what information is requested from a patient when they register their turn, whether from the kiosk, the public link, or directly by staff.
How to configure registration data
-
Go to Settings > Waitlist > Check-in Configuration.
-
Define the services offered that will be shown when registering a turn (for example, General Consultation, Vaccination).
-
Enable or disable the following additional fields according to what you need to collect:
- Ask for the service.
- Ask for the provider.
- Request personal information.
- Request phone number (you can mark it as optional or required).
-
Save the changes.
Quick check-in with a code (Easy Check-In)
If a patient already has a scheduled appointment, they can use their appointment code to check in to the waitlist faster, without filling out the entire registration form again.
How to reactivate a completed turn
If you need to return a patient to the waitlist after their turn was accidentally completed:
- Find the completed turn and open its side panel.
- Click "Reactivate".
- If the last assigned station is available, the patient returns directly to it; if not, a window will open to select a new queue.
Summary
- Define which services are shown when registering a turn.
- Choose what additional information to request (service, provider, personal data, phone).
- Offer quick check-in to patients with an appointment code.
- Reactivate turns that were accidentally completed.
