Campaigns is our feature for sending mass messages without limits. Although it is very similar to Mass Messages, it is not exactly the same. This article will guide you through the process of how to send a campaign and what you can do after sending it.

Below are the topics we will cover:

  1. Campaigns Screen
  2. Creating Campaigns
  3. Campaign Details
  4. Credits

Campaigns Screen

On the main screen you can create campaigns and view all campaigns that have been sent and their status.

Creating Campaigns

  1. Press the "Create Campaign" button.
  2. Name the campaign.
  3. Add the contacts.
  4. Write the message.
  5. Send or schedule the campaign.
  6. If you schedule the campaign, select the day and time you want the campaign to be sent.

Campaign Details

  1. Date and time the campaign was sent; if the campaign is scheduled, this date will be in the future.
  2. Total contacts: total number of contacts to whom the message was attempted.
  3. Messages sent: messages that were successfully sent; that the contact received them.
  4. Failed messages: messages that did not reach their destination (the contact).
  5. Unsubscribed: contacts who, after receiving the message, replied "STOP" to stop receiving messages.
  6. Send rate: Percentage of contacts who successfully received the message.
  7. Message: the message that was sent to contacts in the campaign.
  8. Contacts: all contacts who received the message and the message status (pending, sending, sent, or failed).

Credits

Unlike mass messages, each message in campaigns is equivalent to one credit. Credits can be purchased from the portal and do not expire.
