How do confirmations via voice call work?
Patients who have a landline phone will receive a phone call with the phone number of their practice (if configured with our system). When the patient answers, they will hear a pre-recorded message.
What happens when the patient presses a key?
If the patient presses 1 or 3, their appointment will be registered according to their selection (confirmed or canceled) in the BrainHi system.
How do I know which patients were contacted via voice call?
From BrainHi Confirmations section, you will see the method in which the patient was contacted.
