How to Send and Monitor Confirmation Messages

Learn how to send confirmation messages with BrainHi. Automate your confirmations, freeing up hours of work for you and your staff.

BrainHi allows you to send messages to confirm appointments per day. The appointments will be updated with a new status depending on the response BrainHi received to the confirmation message. Confirmation messages are sent in the Conversations view.

After sending a confirmations message to many clients, you can monitor their response from the Appointments view.

Sending the confirmation message

In the Conversations view click the plus to send a new message and select the Confirmation tab.

Select a date and we will fill in a template of the confirmation message to be sent. You may modify this template before sending the message.

Enter the phone numbers you wish to send the confirmation message to. You may type to search by name or phone number. You can also paste in a list of 10-digit phone numbers.

A phone number will be sent to any mobile phone number entered. Any landline numbers will be given a call to confirm their appointment.

Verifying the confirmations

Visit the Appointments page to search by date to find the appointment created for your confirmation messages.

The appointment has the name associated with the phone number, as well as the contact status and confirmation status.

The appointments will be updated automatically as your clients interact with the message or call by BrainHi.

You can select appointments to send a bulk message, manually confirm or cancel them. This will also send a message to clients letting them know of the update.
